2. Contact Training for Self-Defense/Mixed Martial Arts

  • Throw strikes and absorb them with confidence. These sessions will focus on contact training and simulations instead of padwork/heavy bag work. Adil will suit up with proper protection/equipment and walk you through self defense and/or MMA fight scenarios.

  • Work on wrestling, jiu-jitsu and strikes utilized in MMA and learn how to apply the moves to defend yourself against an aggressor on the street.
