New All Level Kickboxing Classes at 5pm Mondays-Thursdays

We are the entering 2024 with an updated kickboxing schedule, adding new 5pm All Level Striking classes Mondays through Thursdays. This brings our weekday evening schedule to three classes with starting times at 5:00pm, 6:15pm and 7:30pm.

Our All Level Striking class is open to all members and all experience levels.
