New Beginner Striking Classes in April will be led by new coach Joseph Sanchez

Please welcome Muay Thai kickboxer Joseph Sanchez to our coaching staff! Sanchez will be bringing his 15+ years of striking experience to our gym.

His Beginner Striking classes will be held Tuesdays this month at 4PM, beginning on April 8.

The dates are::

April 8th @ 4PM
April 15th @ 4PM
April 22nd @ 4PM
April 29th @ 4PM
